I had the tremendous good fortune to meet with Darren from Nash Locksmiths Pty Ltd and have all of the locks in my home re-keyed after very recently moving to Dromana. Despite me accidentally typing my mobile number incorrectly on the digital booking form (very easy to contact and book with Darren for a consultation), Darren turned up at the appointed hour, perused my multitude of different keys for each door, confirmed the keys are all the same profile and can be re-keyed on the spot. I was amazed! I thought he was just coming to check out the job, but he gave me an on-the-spot quote and I gave him the all-clear to go ahead! I could even pay my EFTPOS when he finished the job. The key situation is now resolved and my first encounter with a tradie in Dromana was so positive. Darren is so personable and knowledgeable and patiently answered all my questions.
